Diablo 4's forthcoming lore book, the Book of Lorath, has provided a sneak peek at one of the game's formidable foes, and it appears that this adversary may have some sort of link to an iconic Diablo 2 boss. In Diablo 4, this new monster will most likely be yet another powerful foe that players will have to defend themselves against. Along with the release of buy D4 gold (check them online) on June 6, a new lore codex titled "The Book of Lorath" that provides details about the world of Sanctuary will also be available. The story is told from the first person perspective of Lorath Nahr, a character that was introduced relatively early on in the popular Diablo 4 beta. This tie-in book is written from the point of view of Nahr, one of the few remaining Horadrim scholars, and it delves into the history of the world of Diablo in greater detail. A brand new foe known as the Maggot Queen is displayed on one of the teaser pages that can be found on the Book of Lorath's Amazon listing. It is said that this hideous creature exudes an ichor that has the ability to break down any kind of material, and that it can also be utilized in the preparation of potions that alleviate emotional distress.
It is possible for players to come across the Maggot Queen in Hawezar, which is one of the five playable regions that have been revealed in Diablo 4
1. Considering that this monster is said to be found in marshes and swamps alongside undead and snakemen, players have a good chance of doing so
2. The appearance of the Maggot Queen is somewhat reminiscent of that of Duriel, the Lord of Pain
3. The Maggot King, also known as the Lesser Evil, is the boss that capped off Act 2 of Diablo 2 and was also known as the Lesser Evil
4. Those players who kept a sharp eye out for him in the gameplay trailer and the beta achievements already know that Duriel will be making a comeback in Diablo 4
5. The Maggot Queen may be a powerful monster, or even a mini-boss, that players must contend with when battling Duriel's minions
6. This is a possibility given the similarities in their visual design and the naming conventions that they use
7. Diablo 4 will include a number of callbacks to previous games, including Diablo 2, in addition to Duriel
Andariel, the Maiden of Anguish that players fought against in Act 1 of Diablo 2, made a brief appearance in the trailer for the Rogue class reveal. Although players do not know the specifics of her or Duriel's roles in Diablo 4, it is likely that they are cooperating with Lilith in some manner. A lot of people are also curious about whether or not the Prime Evils will make an appearance in Diablo 4. The Book of Lorath provides information on demonic relics that were created from their bodies, and some people believe that the infamous Bloodied Wolf that appears in buy D4 gold could be either Mephisto or Diablo. Fans of buy D4 gold (check them online) have a little under two months to speculate about what Sanctuary has in store for them. Because the buy D4 gold beta only includes the first act, it is impossible to predict the outcome of the fight between Lilith and Inarius because we can only access the first act.
